Make your planning stress-free by taking advantage of our convenient services. To go with the initial Booking package, we can provide assistance on how many bartenders are needed. If you need to rent a portable bar, we can help. We can also manage your inventory pickup and even create custom menus and banners! All of the details are below!

Booking Fee

  • 1-100 Guests – $400
  • 101-200 Guests – $500
  • 201-300 Guests – $600
  • 301+ Guests – $700

includes

  • 1 TABC certified bartender (up to 5 hours)
  • All basic bar tools
  • Menu made for the bar upon request
  • Set up of bar area in a nice presentable way
  • Pick up & clean throughout the event
  • Liquor (inventory) consultation to maximize your budget
  • Teardown and clean bar area at closing
  • Dispose of all bar trash
  • Re-pack and get any leftover inventory to a designated person
  • Event idea consultation
  • Specialty drink idea consultation
  • 100’s of cocktail recipes
  • Special event vendor and contact information

Additional Bar Staff – $30 per hour
(5 hour minimum)

  • 1-50 Guests – 1 Bartender
  • 51-151 Guest – 2 Bartenders
  • 151-300 – 3 Bartenders
  • 301+ – TBD

Inventory Pick Up

We do all the leg work and drive time to gather your inventory and show up at your venue with everything needed.

  • 1-200 Guests – $150
  • 201-300 Guests – $200
  • 301+ Guests – TBD

  • Liquor
  • Beer
  • Wine
  • Ice
  • Straws
  • Fruit, etc.

We never mark up any product and will provide the host with all receipts.
